Telecommunications is an interesting domain that offers both opposites and commonalities.

Consumers are interested in accessibility, security, and helpful personal intentions. the

In this document the design and implementation of MOBIE, an intelligent system for
support to the telecommunications industry. The focus of the MOBIE system lies in the (relatively simple idea of) custom automated mobile charging
phones. This choice is motivated by the practical advantages of this application. Simple variants of automatic recharge response are already available in some telecommunications
suppliers. The simple automated recharge already provided only provides the
Automatic account recharge if the account falls below a certain threshold.
The intelligence provided by MOBIE is new. MOBIE monitors your actual use
models and compares it with the user’s expectations of use. In case of
a discrepancy, MOBIE illuminates the user. The user can then decide if his expectations were incorrect or if there is an unauthorized use of the account.

The multi-agent paradigm allows modeling opposing and common interests
in a system, called MOBIE ♣. Each party’s interests shape themselves
agent, thus ensuring full respect for opposing interests. Cooperation
between the agents representing the different parties allows the system to
